  • Help Me Park Excellent service both on arrival and departure. The text message before giving directions to our drop off point was brilliant and the staff member made us feel very comfortable and confident leaving the car . On our arrival back the text received when we landed giving us instructions was brilliant and the car was ready when we arrived at our collection point. Brilliant service will definitely use again.

  • Maple Parking Meet and Greet All good accept, on return i telephoned from Sicily to inform you of a 3 hour delay, i was informed there would be no problem as it was a 24 hour service. on return to gatwick i telephoned to say we had collected our bags and was then informed that there would be an additional cost due to the delay and i should claim back from the airline. I refused to pay the additional fee as i had informed you of the delay and wasn't informed at that stage there would be an additional cost. Whilst i understand that it is not your fault that the delay occurred, but on the first communication i was not informed of the additional cost and only on my return i was informed of this. it was 3am and when we returned to the car park the car was there and nothing was said regarding an additional cost. the reason for the feedback is that the communication between different members staff needs to be better so the same message is transmitted, and also some flexibility around additional costing with consideration to the traveller, hope this helps.

  • ABC Meet and Greet Waited over half hour for you to pick the car up when we got to Gatwick and when we returned, even though we phoned after picking up our luggage we waited over 50 minutes for you to return our car. We got fed-up with this sort of service from maple manor and chose you in the hopes of it being an improvement, deeply disappointed.
