• Purple Parking The delivery was excellent, very efficient. The return wasn't so good, I had to wait a bit for a coach and I found it really difficult to find my car, it was in H block and the letters weren't clearly marked or logical and there were no directions that I could see in the dark!!!! No fun as a single female at midnight with a large case!!

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet all went efficiently, a very good service from drop off to collection, they coped with change of terminal as well, dropped off at south, collected from north.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet We didn't realise that the meet area was on the first floor of the car park so we spent 20 minutes waiting on the ground floor until I realised that I was upstairs. Would a sign on the ground floor informing drivers to go to floor 1 be possible?
