• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Gatwick North ... lift in the Hampton in Hilton out of order. Lots of steps to carry luggage... out of order outward and still out of order on return.

• Purple Parking We accessed this car park through country lanes from the A24 thus avoiding the awful M23. reception was very quick both ways with our car ready on our return. Transfer was prompt in clean modern purpose-built vehicles.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet we have used you several times but on this occasion it was not a good experience. Our credit card got charged 9 times and then despite your assurances that all was sorted, when we arrived at the airport Maple Manor were not expecting us and hand no record of our booking. I emailed to advise of this to Steve Coppins who passed on my comments but to date have not heard anything back

• Purple Parking Driver of bus from airport to car park drove very dangerously and fast especially with unsecured wheelchairs and pushchairs on board that were sliding around bus with occupants. No consideration of the wet and slippery conditions or for the occupants, who in my wife's case was very ill after trip.
