• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Smoothly dropping car off .picking car up no car was there and was told it could take up to 2 hours. This was at 3.30 am and with a young child not acceptable for a company to behave in this manor. £73 not a meet and greet service whatsoever.I wouldn't use again in fear of being stranded at airport with a young child.

• Long Stay North Our flight was cancelled on Sunday as gatwick was closed due to a problem with the runway. I wanted to know if I could get the £45 back that I paid for the three days parking that I could not use, or st least transfer it to a later date?

• Long Stay South On return the signs for courtesy bus for long term carpark confusing in terminal- unnecessarily trudged heavy cases to wrong floor & back again due to inadequate signs we were not the only passengers who found this problem!

• Purple Parking Really impressed with parking at Gatwick this year. Been using you for years and despite hiccup same time last year because of your overbooking, came back this year. The current arrangements for leaving and collecting the car work extremely well. Fast, courteous service, pleasant staff. Well done and thanks.
