• ACE Meet and Greet the directions to the drop off point are not very good, it would help if the name of the hotel carpark was in the directions (in my case Hilton by Hampton)Car park

• Just Valet at both dropping our car off and picking it up we had to wait at least 25 mins which defeats the purpose of paying a premium for meet and greet. I would much prefer to pay for the car park and find my car myself

• Long Stay South The only problem we had was when we left car park the machine asked us for £125.00 although we had pre paid, so we had to call for assistance to let us out . The lady at the end of the machine was very helpful .
