• Long Stay North I wish you can reduce the fee as it's too high. More buses are needed as the wait was too long and the buses were crowded.

• Long Stay South The vrn didn't work on accessing the car park and had to be let in manually. The ticket eventually issued didn't have our vrn on it but someone else's. When we returned to car park had to be let out manually on departure.

• APH Park and Ride Absolutely brilliant, easy to find, transfers to airport really quick no waiting around. BCP drivers very friendly and helpful, would definitely use you again.
