Long Stay South It was all very smooth and as it should be.

ACE Meet and Greet Everything did go smoothly, thank you. From previous experience we kept right of the cones before the entrance to the North Terminal, that was good.

Long Stay North Yes, except my pre paid ticket would not allow the barrier to open because our plane was delayed. However, the staff were very helpful and I exited the car park.

Just Valet Booked on the understanding that we would be met on arrival provided we called 10 minutes prior. This did not happen, we waited 20 minutes.
On arriving back, we called expecting a ten minute wait time, and again it took 20 minutes albeit with an apology.
With a young baby at 5am, we needed it to be prompt.
We will use long stay parking next time.

Long Stay North All was as expected. Arrival faultless, automatic entry with pre booking lots of spaces available and hardly a wait for the bus. Return a little less smooth, very busy on bus, big scramble to get on even while people are still trying to get off. People at rear of bus needed to get off before our stop meant we had to get off with our cases and get back on. The bus driver was closing the doors while we were still trying to get off to let the others off. Looks like it could be a really good set up with a few tweaks.
I.e. one stop for dropping off at terminal and another for picking up (worked really well on Barcelona t1 to t2 shuttle.

Long Stay South Easy process and close to the airport with regular bus transfers to and from the airport. Only downside was our return flight was delayed by an hour when we came to leave the parking area we had to pay an additional charge of Â£15.00. In future we will check the charge of any additional time incurred as this ramps up the price considerably. Thankfully we were only an hour later!
