• Summer Special Car has been driven with excessive braking/cornering/ acceleration as items on boot and rear seat were scattered or tipped over. You need to take more care driving your customers cars.

• Long Stay South The booking was for the South car park but the email gave me directions to the North car park, which I went to thinking I had it wrong! Not very helpful, but as they are both operated by BCP the chap on the desk was very helpful.
