• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Departure was smooth. Waited a bit longer than I would have liked for car to be returned on arrival.

• Purple Parking We arrived back after 11pm and got through baggage reclaim quite quickly. Made our way to the bus stop and within ten minutes the bus arrived. When we arrived at the car park I was greeted with a happy smile by the lady behind the desk who immediately asked if I'd had a good holiday. Within 5 minutes the car was located, loaded and I was out of the gate. Perfect! :)

• Help Me Park As requested we phoned 20 minutes before our arrival at Gatwick. However, on arrival there was no one there. Waited 10 minutes and phoned again was told someone will be there in ten minutes. Waited a further 30 minutes before someone showed up. We just about had enough time to check in as a result. Car collection was fine though.
