• Airparks Meet and Greet Yes, although at arrival in Gatwick we had to wait a while and it was not clear where to wait at departures. Otherwise it was excellent.

  Our return, so tired after 10 hr flight etc getting off the Bus
  A charming gentleman traveller helped us, difficult to manage with luggage, wheelchair etc

• Long Stay South There was a total failure of Customer Service upon returning to LGW. A one hour wait at the bus stop at 11.00PM is completely and utterly unacceptable. You ask for Users return flight details: therefore you know expected demand. You TOTALLY FAILED to meet that demand. No explanation offered: nothing!
