• I Love Meet and Greet Having to ‘press 1 for Gatwick ‘ while driving does not in my opinion promote safe driving. A direct number would be safer on the road.

• Purple Parking Meet and Greet After making the call to collect our car we was then waiting for over an hour for them to bring it the 4 miles to the car park. When I phoned back after 45 minutes I was told this was due to a tyre with low pressure!!! I may be a woman but even I know it doesn’t take this long to pump a tyre up. I then asked the guy on the phone for his name and he refused to give it to me as it was not your policy instead I was told all calls are recorded so there was no need. I will never again be using the parking or any other of the services that holiday extras provide
