Just Valet Very pleased with drop off and pick up staff. However, our plane landed at South Terminal instead of North Terminal as planned and when we rang the number to advise your office the lady that answered was condescending, patronising, short tempered and totally rude!! If it werent for the extremely efficient service of the rest of the booking that 1 lady would stop us using your service again. Unacceptable to be spoken to like that.

Long Stay North We waited for the bus for 30 min in the cold other than that was ok

God service to airport. No problems to report. Bus stops too far from terminal for people with walking disabilities!

Just Valet Everything went very smoothly, exactly as expected. Great friendly voice so early in the morning when we arrived and good communication via texts. A little panic when we landed in a different terminal to expected on return, although the lady on the phone could have been a bit more friendly we were advised we could meet the car without having to travel back to the other terminal which was great. Overall, great service.
