• Long Stay South Bus in both directions to the South terminal was very full. Bags had to be taken off and then put back on the bus to allow people on and off at each stop. No help from staff.

• Maple Parking Car Wash I had paid extra to have my car cleaned, however this was done to a poor standard. Apart from that I was pleased with the service. I will book with BCP again but without the car clean.
