• I Love Park and Deliver I was appalled that on receiving the car back the passenger car seat was soaking wet and there is now a lasting tide mark on it. I can provide a photo. The operative said that he had sprayed the car with water and the window was open (we hadn't opened the window). Please can someone get back to me re: resolution as my car seat is ruined

• Purple Parking Meet and Greet This is now the second time I have used this service after always using the bus transfer. All went very well and smoothly as with my previous booking. Much easier and quicker than the bus transfer, so close to the bag drop. Will definitely use this option again. Car waiting for collection when we returned. So quick and easy, very good service, helpful and polite staff.
