• Long Stay South When I returned my battery had gone flat, I went to the customer services department to ask for assistance they told me to return to my car .In appoximately 10 minutes a member of staff arrived who was cheerful and helpful and got me on my way with out delay.

• Long Stay South Only difficulty was that our number plate was misread so machine wanted to charge us . This was quickly sorted by helpful lady in office when we realised what had happened. Regular buses so did not have to wait long on either journey. Thanks.

• Long Stay South The ticket produced at the gate had no references on it that related to the paperwork emailed to us so we had to call from our destination in Europe to check that we had parked in the right car park. The chap on the phone was helpful and courteous and assured us all ok but it was confusing.

• Long Stay South apparently a software upgrade meant eveyone had to present their ticket at the service desk for verification rather than going straight through. No problem though and still the best parking option for Gatwick south
