Dropped the car off efficiently at the car park and arranged for it to be delivered to us at the airport when we landed. Upon arrival, after passing customs, I called the car park and after getting a coffee we met our driver outside 5 mins later. The driver even apologised for begin a little late. The car had done 6 miles since I dropped it off, which was expected within the terms and conditions.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet Usual good service although they were running about 10-15 mins late on this occasion. In all of our other frequent uses they have always been on time. We will use them again (repeatedly).

Purple Parking Meet and Greet I have booked with BCP before at Heathrow and Luton but this time it was Gatwick South Terminal. Our car was late coming back to us after our trip considering the flight was slightly delayed and we called before all of our luggage was with us, the main thing that put me off is having to drive home with a disgustingly dirty car, where ever this was parked was muddy and had many birds as there were terrible bird droppings all over the car. Having to pay to get my car cleaned after this was expensive and time consuming and not at all how I expected to find my car after a week!! This was incredibly disappointing.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet Easy to find the car park, the driver was waiting for us. Quick turnaround and 5 minute wait when we got home. Perfect

Purple Parking Meet and Greet Yes they were. Its the first time we have done this and found it so easy. The only thing was, our car was very dirty when we picked it up. Other than this we have no complaints.
