  • Everything went like clockwork - followed your instructions - barrier recognized car - printed ticket - parked easily - 5 days later drove out using ticket issued on arrival - no need to validate ticket - no staff involved.

  • Long Stay South yes all was as expected although we didn't realise how many car parks there are and panicked a little finding a space but after that all smooth running.

  • Long Stay South Everything has gone very smoothly and all the facilities were there and fully accessible to us as we were instructed by you, well in advance too, so that had allowed us enough time with preparations. Staff, or shall I be precise, the park bus driver was helpful. Other than that we didn't see much staff around, because all parking procedures are quite straight forward (well, as long as you know/remember where you have to go to or have already parked your car). Great convenient facility at affordable price. Wouldn't look any further

  • We will be using this car par again. No waiting for transfers and a very short walk to check-in. When we arrived back late we did not have to wait in the cold and I just drove out as the barrier recognised I had paid in advance. Just what we needed after a long trip.

  • On leaving the car park, the gate wouldn't open and though we booked and pre paid, it asked us for payment. However, on pressing the button, the person sorted it out.

  • Long Stay South Everything went smoothly with the exception of locating spaces on arrival. We were directed to Zone C but it was not easy to find vacant spaces in that zone. Perhaps the one-way system could be improved to feed incoming cars to the vacant spaces in a better way?

  • Long Stay South It all worked very smoothly except for the entrance into the carpark. The barrier did not recognise the number plate so we had to take a ticket. We then had to go into the office when we returned and exchange the ticket for a barrier pass. The lady did not seem surprised that that had happened - is it a common problem? Can it be sorted?
