• Long Stay South Arrival excellent, transfers easy and prompt. Signage at Gatwick arrivals could be better - in the instructions it should say that you do not need to go down in the lifts. Several of us followed signs to buses/coaches and ended up at the lower level.
  Very easy check in and out, despite our return being delayed by 3 hours.

• Long Stay South parked car and after a 20 yard walk got on a bus that was waiting and left for south terminal.on return got onto coach wich was waiting and back in car within 5 mins. 10/10.all the staff we came across were fine and helped.
