• Make it very clear about the exit process. While it is in the paperwork about validating the ticket prior to exit it is easy to forget. It would be helpful if it was highlighted when booking.

• We thought the parking facilities were really good we did not use staff or see any staff, there were plenty of lifts and very well signposted, thank you for a pleasant parking facility and we shall use you again.

• Long Stay On our return to Gatwick the exit machine would not accept our prepaid parking ticket. So, although the weather was registering minus one degree we had to mess about going into the office to sort it, as the machine was asking for £195.00 ! Fortunately the man on the counter was able to sort it for us.

• Long Stay South Fabulous! So easy! Just parked the car, jumped onto the bus and 5 mins later we were at the airport. Same coming home - the bus was waiting, we jumped on and were back at the car park in five mins. No hassle. Would definitely use this service again. Thank you.
