Long Stay South The bus drove past us and we missed our flight!
The camera never recognises my plates.

Long Stay South The only downside is the birdlime which can damage the paint work if cars parked for long tym. Hence I believe if something could be done to reduce the number of birds flocking about the less damage to the body pannel of parked cars. I know this is something uneasy to deal with but if there is a well, there will definite be a way.
Overall great service and convenient to use. Will definite use it again

Long Stay South I was upgraded to meet and greet at Gatwick because of the long stay parking facility had been withdrawn. This was fantastic value for £82, but I'm sure I wont get this price again. Based on what faciliites were provided for the price, this was a fantastic offer

Long Stay South Apart from the SatNav leaving us more perplexed about where it thought the Gatwick Long Term Car Park was, the experience of using BCP was fantastic. We left a good deal of time for our journey before our flight, thankfully, as we hadn't used the BCP facility before. The booking was very straight forward. We had a lot of helpful texts on the days leading up to the flight, including weather, traffic conditions and flight details.
Once we found the BCP car park, there were problems with the entry gate, but these were easily and efficiently resolved.
The bus shuttle arrived within minutes of our standing at the stop, a good thing because at 4.30am it was very cold.
The coach takes you to the North Terminal and we had to cross the terminal to take the shuttle train between the two terminals to get to Aer Lingus in the South Terminal. This was again very quick and not a lot of waiting around.
Our return journey a week later was just as smooth.
The car parking fees easily beat the cost of travelling to Gatwick by train, plus we had door to door travel and no standing around on cold station platforms.
Highly recommended, we would do this every time we fly from Gatwick from now on.

Long Stay South good BUT is there anyway there could be a shuttle bus from the North Terminal as our plane was diverted there on the return. However not an issue as the airport shuttle was very easy. Great service very good value for money.

Long Stay South Space to park easily found, buses were quickly available and we witnessed the driver helping a wheelchair-bound passenger on and off the bus very efficiently. Plenty of space for baggage.
