• Purple Parking Easy to park up and get on shuttle. Smooth trip to South terminal. Shuttle's need to be more frequent as if you just miss one you've got to factor in a twenty minute wait and drop off at the North terminal first and pick up. It can take longer than the advised time f 45 minutes. Go off value for money and efficient staff. Handy to have toilets in the reception building. The return trip went quicker and vehicle pick up was quickly effected. Not a bad experience overall.

• Cophall Parking - Special Offer Arriving at Cophall Parking, everything went smoothly from registering, handing keys over and taking minibus to terminal.
  However, return journey was not as quick. Contacted Cophall as instructed and confirmed our surname and that we had collected our baggage. Was told to go to bus stops 7/8 and wait for bus. 30 minutes later bus finally arrived already full as obviously went to North Termitfirst. One man rushed ahead of us and sat inside. Driver said that he only had room for one which meant that my husband had no seat. Driver said I could sit up front with him and my husband had to wait for another bus. I wasn’t impressed firstly with long wait (in chilly conditions) and secondly that I was separated from my husband.
  Facilities were fine and collected my keys no problem. Staff was surprised at what had happened and apologised. Could have done without this delay after a lovely holiday!
