• Long Stay South I was not sure were to pick up the shuttle to take me to the car park on my return, I did find it easily enough. when I got out of the arrivals.

• Long Stay South its just a pity I hit the wrong button on computer I put 3pm instead of 3am and had to pay another £13.00 thats arrival time, yes I found it very easy to use & will use again

• Long Stay Waiting to get into North Terminal at Gatwick at 03.45 in the morning two buses came by completely full and it was freezing cold. We had to ring on the public telephone system at the bus stop to complain. A bus came soon after. Need more buses as a 25 minute wait was far too long.

• Long Stay South Very easy to prebook on line. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The bus stops, zones and rows were well signposted. On return in the early hours the car parks were well lit with good bus services and popping the prepaid ticket in the machine at the exit was quick and easy. One tip - send yourself a text message with the bus stop number, zone and row number and leave your ticket in the car.

• Summer Special Outward journey to terminal v good with friendly driver. We were the only ones on the bus so it felt like a personal service! Returned to collect car at meet & greet short stay as Summer Special parking had to close while we were on holiday. Transfer went very smoothly and we enjoyed the upgrade.
