• Long Stay South I was very surprised when I came back to pick up my car to find my driver's side of my car window all taped up, thinking someone has smashed my window! After some investigation it turn out I have forgotten to closed my driver's side window when I parked my car. So thanks so much to the person whom reported this to the reception and the helpful staff for securing the window for me!

• Long Stay South I was surprised I could not get out of the parking area, as the machine told me I owed you £182. I needed to go to your site office to clarify, this was an unecessary hold up as of course it was all prepaid
