Long Stay The ticketing system was apparently changed during the period we were away so when we tried toleave the car park we had to go into the office to get our ticket updated. There was a man who I think was supposed to flag us down and tell us that prior to the barrier. He wasnt very effective and I nearly drove by him. Other customers did as he wasnt very effective in getting us to stop. That aside I have no complaints about the service you provided.

Long Stay South When we tried to leave the car park the pre paid ticket did not work. The staff were unhelpful and at 14.00. We had to reverse get out and queue to get a new ticket. It was annoying having pre paid.

Long Stay South We were directed to an overflow car park which was not easily identified, and on our return were unable to locate the car. We ultimately phoned your office, and one of your staff came, and was ultimately able to find it which took about 1 hour.
Overflow car parks should be clearly identified.

Long Stay South All went well. Directions easy to follow. Didn't have to wait long for a bus either way. Only saw one member of staff who was standing in the road to check our ticket on the way out. Have used before and will use again.
