• Summer Special The staff were excellent - I was amazed at how rude some customers were and how calm and polite the staffs responses were. Especially when it was clear the customers were in the wrong (e.g. had not got their paperwork and were cross that the process took longer so security checks could be done). Buses were smooth, swift and not cramped. Return pick up was excellent, car was parked close to the building,and in perfect condition as it was when we left it. Thank you.

• Long Stay South Everything went very smoothly, thank you. We enjoyed the humour from the bus driver on our return from holiday, who explained what to do if you couldn't find your car.

• Summer Special Yes, everything was very smooth. We had a little wait on our return for a bus but that was ok. Next time we might do a drop off and pick up at the airport itself though. Wasn't a problem on out ward journey but it was late when we landed.

• Long Stay The only point I would make is that it would be good (as at Luton airport) if the screen welcomed you with your Name and car reg. This would put you at ease that the pre paid had worked.

• Long Stay Driver was most helpful as my wife was in a wheel chair and he help to get us on board. My only complaint is that there are no luggage trolleys available in the car park. It's very difficult to push a wheelchair and carry 3 suitcase at the same time

• Maple Parking Car Wash Had to wait a few minutes for my car to arrive at the terminal but otherwise very good.

• Long Stay South Everything was superb apart from when I was putting the luggage on and my young son had the doors shut on him as he waited for me to finish. I quick yell got them open and on he got in.
