• Cophall Parking - Special Offer Very smooth service. Friendly staff no dramas and efficient transfer to and from Gatwick North. Reasonable price and short transfer. No issues at all. Definately use again and would recommend to anyone looking smooth and drama free service.

• ACE Meet and Greet Signage for Car Parking and what floor to use difficult. Uniform/hiviz is not clearly labeled with 'BCP' but some other company outsourced causing confusion

• Help Me Park Upon arrival, when requested to ring 20 mins before we arrived we were on hold for about 15 mins. So when we arrived, we only had 5 mins. So knew we had time to wait. However, this was the start of the issues. We were told that the company had released an driver and would be with us ‘soon’. Numerous phone calls (20 calls in total)/being on hold/told many times of when the driver was arriving. When in fact no one was on their way, a driver finally turned up an HOUR later. It was after the check in time now, so we were rushing to get to the desk. Making it a very stressful start to our holiday.

• Help Me Park We had a very bad experience, had to wait over an hour for the car to be collected. Staff repeatedly lied about updates times. On return we found our vehicle amazed and the staff had a could not care less attitude
