• Long Stay South The main problem was that the automatic car recognition system was not working on our return. The staff both on the transfer bus and at the exit point were however helpful in getting over the problem.

• Long Stay South Returned to a completely flat battery, expected to spend a long time waiting for a call out. However very pleasantly surprised to get 'jump start' by your very pleasant operative and roving van. Were on our way within 15 minutes of discovering problem.

• Long Stay Car parking was fine, no problem with finding the site but our return was to the North Terminal without our airline telling us. The problem we found was there was no signs telling us we were at the wrong bus stop, good thing one of the drivers gave us the directions to the South Terminal
