• Long Stay South Unclear that my car was recognised and difficult to read on bus screen as kept changing. Also had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus to get to the terminal.

• Long Stay South The staff were very helpful, I had problems with my ticket and the customer service staffed fixed it without any hassle. I would however say you need more staff working in customer service as there was a good 5-10 minute wait until I was served and when you have been travelling you just want to get home and on the road.
