• Purple Parking Meet and Greet I have used your service before and have not had any issues normally.
  This last trip on pick up I was not happy at all.
  I called as advised for pick up after the bag hall at 10:33.
  as instructed we wen to to the pick up point and waited. I called at 11:03 then again at 11:17 asking where the car was.
  it seems my valet request had caused a hold up and the car was not ready. On the last call I was told the car was done the driver was on his way but had gone back as something in the clean was not right ….
  The car finally arrived at 11:27!
  I was not at all happy that a clean had stalled my car back when I was needing to get going as soon as possible.
  I cannot understand why the car is not cleaned well before the arrive time. I was so angry waiting an hour I will actively avoid re-using your service for my next trip.

• Help Me Park The service was extremely slow, we almost missed our flight as it took more than 45 minutes to collect our car. The price is right, but the timing should be better advertised, 20 minutes prior to arrival is simply not enough time.
