• Long Stay Everything was fine thanks. We unexpectedly landed at the South terminal so it would have been useful to have had a phone number so that we could check if we could wait for a bus there. We weren't sure so we got on the shuttle.

• Maple Parking Car Wash staff were friendly... car took a bit too long to arrive and wasn't valeted properly.....back seats and middle console still dirty

Number plate recognition very helpful, instructions of your procedures with booking were unusually clear,excellent transfer speeds to the terminal and good signposting at the airport too. thank you.
