  • Maple Parking Car Wash Excellent and efficient service; friendly staff. BCP even managed to meet up with us on Boxing Day even though I had inadvertently booked the wrong departure date! And our car underwent a much needed valet while we were away - superb service. Thank you very much.

  • On return to the car park (11.30pm Thursday 5th Jan), we had to carry our bags, buggy, baby etc up the stairs as the lifts to floor 3 in the blue car park were not working and there was no access across from the red car park level 3.
    Other than it was easy to park and exit.

  • Long Stay South Reduce the 10 minute waiting for a bus at peak times or when the bus is full. Run buffer busses between scheduled to ease congesstion.

  • Long Stay South No problems at all. Prompt pick up by shuttle bus on arrival and return.Only a short walk from car to bus stop.
    Was impressed with the advice from bus driver that in the event of being unable to start car we could use phone at bus stop and get assistance. ( we were lucky and did not require help ! )but it was nice to know it was available..
