• Long Stay Everything went very smoothly and the instructions printed off enabled us to find the car park easily. The bus came within minutes of parking and on return there was one waiting outside airport. We were transferred very quickly.
  Your staff were all friendly and helpful and we found it a very efficient service. We usually use you at Stanstead but found the Gatwick service was as good.

My only suggested improvement would be that once the camera has took my number plate it would be good if the machine would let you know as I waited a couple of min's and the message on the display read 'please take tks' and I was not sure if I would be charged as I was not sure that it had my details and I was 5 min's early.

• Long Stay South Parked in section A, bus arrived within 2 minutes, 5 minutes to the terminal. On my return, a bus was waiting outside the terminal, mine was the second bus stop in car park, in car, and homeward bound. Many thanks!
