Long Stay Facilities were good especially on the return. I found to my horror that I had a flat battery and on returning to reception I was whisked back to my car, the battery boosted and away in no time at all.

Long Stay Great directions to the site, we were parked within 10 minutes of exiting the M23. The transfer buses arrive regularly and drop you right at the door to the departure area. The drivers know that its not possible to get all heavy luggage on or of the bus in one go and wait whislt you unload cases, simples! On returning to Gatwick after our holiday we were straight on a waiting bus and reunited with our car in minutes. This service does what it says on the tin, 10/10.
