  Slightly delayed leaving the car which was a shame
  Something was wrong with the small checking in device which kept not recognising my details, or the person checking in had problems operating it. On arrival back, very smooth at usual, thanks P

• Airparks Meet and Greet Booked as a meet and greet, after an hours wait for the car it still hadn’t arrived. Not quite what I expected!!!

• Purple Parking I booked on line, but realised I put the wrong time and needed to arrive half an hour earlier. I did try to change update the time of arrival, but the system wouldn’t allow me to do so. I turned up at purple parking half an hour early the staff had no issues with that and the whole experience went very smoothly straight onto a bus to Gatwick north. It was the same on the return not long after getting to the bus stop got on a bus to the car park to pick up my keys at Purple Parking.

• I Love Meet and Greet I had to wait a while at the North Terminal at Gatwick for the Love Meet and Greet agent to arrive when dropping off my car despite calling 10-15 minutes prior to arrival
