• Help Me Park Staff were very friendly, but we were not happy about having to wait 20 mins for the car to be collected from us at Gatwick. I rang 20 mins before our arrival at Gatwick to be told that we were early and we would have a bit of a wait for the driver to get to us...Yes, I had given a time of 6am pickup, but I really think the company could be more flexible, especially for people travelling a longer distance who wouldn't be able to plan on arriving dead on time! Our return was excellent though. The car was actually waiting for us, so we were very happy with that part of the service.
