• Long Stay South The driver upon return was rude when collecting us, stating that BCP didn't exist. He stating that the car park and row number were irreverent, he needed a bus stop number. Not a good advocate for your company. Appalling service

• Long Stay South No problems. The procedure could have been e explained a bit better. Just "Even though the system will welcome you by name when you arrive, you must take the ticket from the machine because you will need it when you leave." This may seem very obvious but if it's the first time you've ever used the system, it isn't. Also, it would be useful to be told to note the bus stop number at which you get on the terminal transfer bus. When returning late night the other signs for the areas and rows are not very visible. Knowing which bus stop number would've been very useful

• Long Stay South Never any problems. Prepaid as usual. Took the ticket at the barrier on the way in, got the shuttle to the terminal and did the reverse on the way out. No hassle, waited about 5 minutes for the bus each way. Well done.

• Long Stay South Very convenient for Gatwick South . Easy access from M23 and frequent transfer buses to airport. Only problem is the poor signposting to M23/25 on exiting the car park.-especially in the dark. Got lost.
