• Long Stay South No, we were shocked to be told there was an outstanding amount of £230 at the exit barrier after us pre-paying! However the assistant quickly resolved. After numerous occasions and this being the first time, this will not deter us from using you in the future.

• Long Stay South All worked very well until i got to the barrier on the way home when the ticket would not let me out and the machine told me i owed about £160 more than double what i had already paid. A quopock chat with the attendant and i was let through but no explanation as to why this happened
