• Long Stay I parked my car and got a bus straight away. On return at midnight there was a bus waiting and although I was the only passenger, the bus left after 5 minutes and I was back collecting my car quickly. I actually got back to the airport just as my wife came out with the luggage.

  Pre-booked so annoying to have to go into the office just to be told that ticket should work ok. Would be good if instructions clearer on exit procedures.

• Long Stay Everything went smoothly. Plenty spaces available, bus uplift and collection was swift and check out very straightforward. No complications at all.
  Only one small negative and that was passengers standing in bus, blocking the aisle with suitcases, even although the racks were empty with plenty of seats unused. This is down to inconsiderate passengers, but maybe the driver could have ensured they kept passage clear. Other than that small issue, it was excellent.
