• Long Stay I have used BCP before and found the facilities to be very good and efficient. On returning to my car at the end of the holiday this time, the battery was a bit flat. The chap in the office was very helpful and had my car up and running in just a few minutes. I will definately use BCP again.

• Long Stay When we arrived we pressed the button for a ticket and parked. when we came home in the early hours and tried to get out it said we owed £80!!Once we went inside and spoke to the guy, he told us we should have just waited at the barrier for our ticket. But their was no problem and he wasn't angry even though their was a few other people had done the same thing!

• Long Stay Loved the electronic ticketing that recognised our car on arrival and departure was good not having to visit in reception prior to leaving. Excellent bus service with no waiting involved! Great especially at 5.30am in the morning!

• Long Stay When we returned to collect our car I had to paddle through several inches of water to enter the car. The car park is not fully made up and very uneven in places. Staff not apologetic. Pick your spot carefully when parking!
