• Parksafe Not clear which bus stop to use at the Terminal when collecting the car on my return. I stood for 15-20 minutes at the wrong stop which was painful as I walk with a stick; and no seats at the bus stops! I eventually had to ask a driver from another car parking company who told me which pick=up point I should have gone to.

• Parksafe Have used Parksafe on numerous occassions and regretably this time had a wait at the airport on my return which had never happened before, I'm assuming that this was a one off but if it occurred again I'd consider nearby alternatives as their buses arrived 3 times whilst we were waiting

• Parksafe Booked Parksafe back in February so was very surprised when I received email a few weeks before we were due to travel which stated they could not accommodate us and we were being moved to Skyport. This was not a problem as car parks are more or less next door but it was rather odd that a booking made so far in advance could not be honoured.

• Parksafe the only comment I would like to make is a simple one on returning to the car park myself and other drivers were dropped at the reception and had to go walk about in the pouring rain and darkness trying to remember where we parked our cars, I use various airport parking and last used this one about 3 years ago where we were dropped off near our cars, as I said a simple comment and perhaps management might like to reinstate this, I should also like to point out I am a disabled pensioner, I can get about ok but worry about othrs less fortunate than me, both drivers and reception staff were however first class.

• Parksafe Everything was plain sailing , what we expect at the start and finish of our holiday. Not the most reasonably priced but we've used Parksafe before and unless they get rediculously pricey we're happy to keep using them.

• Parksafe Outward journey was fine with staff helpful but on return the buses were really busy and we couldn't get on the first bus. We waited at the head of one of the queues but as the bus arrived and I put the first case on everyone rushed past shoving my kids out of the way and it was chaotic . The driver didn't take control and prevent people just jumping on the bus. It was a struggle to find room for all of my luggage. We eventually got on but it was not a pleasant way to finish the holiday.
