ACE Meet and Greet Used other meet and greet companies in T2 before, so knew all about the drop off instructions, as they are all very similar. Drop off was fine, although no one checks your car over, so you may want to check it yourself with photos ect. Pick up was fine as well, car was ready, although the guy at the desk was a bit surly faced, didn't tell us where the car was, my wife walked to find it. I always take a photo of the mileage when I drop the car off, so checked it when we got back, and it had an extra 16 miles on it. When I asked the happy chappie on the desk, all he said was that it was about right, as they move the cars about from short stay to long stay, as they are 6 miles apart, which I wasn't aware of. I would use again, the only thing was the extra mileage, and the guy at the desk on return, needing some lessons in customer service, and learning to smile a bit more.

ACE Meet and Greet Arrival and departure was very good. Car Radio, Driver Seat & A/c needed to be readjusted which took some time!

ACE Meet and Greet Great service! I stupidly booked the wrong date to drop off the car (I had actually booked arrival 4 days after we were due to fly!) but this was not a problem and we were accommodated no problem - just had to pay the excess!
Also, when I made the original booking, payment was taken out twice! I was only made aware of this when
I had a call to say they wanted to refund me! Had that not happened, I probably would have missed it!
Really easy - turned up shortly after we arrived - really pleased; would use again!

ACE Meet and Greet Fast and efficient. Driver waiting at airport when we arrived ready to pickup the car, on return car was waiting in the car park by the time we got from baggage claim to the carpark.
