Good to Go Meet and Greet Everything was fine apart from arrival at the airport, no one at the desk to greet us (meet and greet) we phoned the number and waited a good 10 mins for greeter to arrive, this negated the time it would have taken to get the bus transfer from cheaper off airport site

Good to Go Meet and Greet Signs to drop-off place could be better though this is probably out of your control. Better directions with a map maybe? There's a lot of information in the emails I printed off, the most important parts could be made more prominent and clearer.
