• Maple Parking Meet and Greet The drop off and collection was smooth and efficient.
  Our only criticisms would be that we left a car that had just been fully valeted and there were muddy footprints in the car and all the settings ( radio/ aircon/ heating) had been altered - we can’t understand why this would have been necessary for a short journey to and from the storage facility.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet We booked Maple Manor Meet & Greet for Heathrow airport through BCP having booked with them before and used a similar service at Gatwick. However, on arriving at Heathrow there was no Maple Manor desk or uniformed personnel to greet us. Instead we found a Purple Parking desk against which was leaning an asian gentleman who merely gestured us towards two seated Purple Parking attendants. They took/confirmed my details but it was concerning that I'd be handing my car keys over to people who I didn't think I'd booked with. I should have been informed that I'd be met by Purple Parking at Heathrow and not Maple Manor. I'd also have to say my welcome was less than enthusiastic. My car was waiting for me on my return as promised although it was covered with leaves, so I don't know where it had been parked. Unfortunately, this experience will make me think twice about using this service in future.
