Yes staff at both drop off and pick up helpful, we had about a 15 minute wait once we got to the level 4 desk (after calling when we landed) until our car was there so not too bad, although as it was about 10.30pm it would have been good to have the car there waiting as we had children. but overall very easy and convenient.
