About Heathrow Official Meet and Greet Parking
Take the stress out of your arrival at Heathrow Airport with Official Meet and Greet parking. Available at all Terminals, leave the parking to a personal driver so you're free to take the 5 minute walk to check-in.
On your arrival at Heathrow Airport
When you arrive at Heathrow Airport your personal driver will be waiting for you at the Short Stay Car Park. Take your ticket at the entrance barrier where your number plate will be automatically recognised. You'll need to keep hold of this ticket to insert into the exit barrier on your return. Meet your driver and hand over your car keys and they will drive over to the secure car park. From the Short Stay car park, it's just a 5 minute walk over to your Terminal.
On Returning to Official Heathrow Airport Parking
On your return, walk to the Meet and Greet reception area in the Short Stay car park at Level 1. Collect your keys then drive up to the Fast Track zone's exit barrier, where you'll need to insert the ticket you were given on arrival. Remove the ticket when the barrier lifts before driving to the main exit area of the car park, where you'll need to enter your ticket again.

Transfers to and from Heathrow airport
No need to worry about transfers with Heathrow Meet and Greet - it's a short walk over to the Terminal after you've met your driver.
Accessibility
Heathrow Airport Meet and Greet is ideal for passengers with reduced mobility as there is no need to board any transfer busses.
Please Note:
- Full details of your arrival procedures will be included in your booking email.
- This parking is only available between 5am and 11pm.
- There is a 2.2 metre height limit and no vehicles with more than 8 seats or trailers will be accepted.
- If you return early to the car park, you will not receive a refund for any unused parking.
- If there is a delay in your return to the car park, you will be charged at the car park's normal rate for any extra parking.
