Parking Spotz
I arrived mins early on my flight. I called the company at 1:06 pm to deliver my car early as my scheduled pick up was 2:30. They said it would be delivered withinmims. At 1:53 I called back as my car had not arrived yet. There was no answer. I called more times until finally at 2:26 the phome was answered. The loday said she didn't know why my car hadn't arrived yet and would check and call me. After another mins and no car or phone call I started calling again. And as before no answer until after 9 more calls at 2.26 she answered and said
My car was next to get dispatched. My car arrived at 3:10 two full hours after my first call and mins later than the original schedule. On the drive home I noticed some broken glass on the passenger floor board. After arriving home I open the passenger door to find the space between the door and seat filled with broken glass. At some point my window had been broken. It had been replaced but the glass was not cleaned out and I was not informed of the incident.Mr Warren - 1 out of 5

Parking Spotz
Dreadful service. Dropping off the car we got Simone else's details crossed out and ours added in. Arriving back we had to wait 2hours for the car and then it was not to the spot we were told to wait (departure drop off) but back to th car park and we then had to pay to get out the car park. W missed dinner with family who travelled to meet us. Dreadful.
