Purple Parking Meet and Greet T5 Excellent service, Purple Parking Meet and Greet staff polite,courteous and cheerful, on arrival at the terminal, within 5 mins the car was checked in and we were on our way, exactly the same on our return, no bothering with having to phone in the luggage hall, turn up at the desk, keys handed over, ticket validated.

Purple Parking Meet and Greet T5 Staff very helpful and friendly, check in took 5 mins from handing over the keys to the chap explaining the procedure for picking the car up on our return, car was waiting for us on our return, no having to phone, very smooth and professional.

Purple Parking Meet and Greet T5 I am always surprised at the distance the car is taken from Heathrow and then how dirty the car is returned. So my only criticism is where the cars are kept. I am therefore a supporter of very competitive leaning rates being offere more frequently.

Purple Parking Meet and Greet T5 My car was damaged in your care of your valet parking team and getting anyone to even vaguely start to sort it out has been impossible. Lost forms, lost photos no one available on customer services, told to email and no response. I can only assume you don't care about customer service and are not going to resolve! Not terribly customer friendly or even service hence the poor score.

Purple Parking Meet and Greet T5 The car wasn't there when I returned - I had to wait ten minutes plus. the attendant didn't have any empathy, just shrugged and did the bare minimum. it annoyed me more as on checking in, they insisted I double check my return flight details to make sure it was correct.
