Mid Stay
We could not locate parking. Not sign posted. Asked various people at taxi, airport desk, police and no one heard of BCP. We spent another £134 parking at the airport short stay due to timescales to catch plane. Sat Nav sent us to drop off only which cost £5 to leave via barrier.

- Premium Short Stay Upon return trying to use the ticket at the barrier it refused exit saying there was £61 to pay. It had been pre paid. Eventually released via intercom

- Premium Short Stay Arriving at the car park didn't go smoothly, we missed the Premium Short Stay sign (which is prior to the terminal) and because of that once we were in the one way system had to go through the drop off car park to get out which cost us £3 (luckily we had coins with us to pay. It would be better to make it clearer that the Premium Short Stay car park is BEFORE the terminal and not to follow the other short stay signs.
