• APL Car park easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful. No hassle.
  It would be good to have a bit more lighting in the estate for when walking back to the car park in the dark, especially for a lone female. The only lighting was that provided by a couple of the units.

• APL instructions to car park not clear enough & no sign on road leading to your car park resulting in me having to stop to ask an Enterprise car rental member of staff if he knew the location of your car park (he did)on my return l have received a Parking Charge Notice of £100 !!!

• APL My car got a large scratch on door whilst it was left with BCP.When I noticed and complained I was told that the manager would be in touch ...10 days later have heard nothing .
  So I would not recommend and will never park with park and ride again .

• APL We arrived at the park early but that was not a problem the staff were friendly and helpful
  When we were due to come back the plane was cancelled due to fog I phoned and explained the situation, again No problem they told me how much extra It would cost.
  On finally arriving back the staff were friendly and helpful making sure that I had a receipt for the extra day
  All in all a good experience and a firm I will use again

• APL This is the second year we have used BCP and everything ran like clockwork both on going out and return. Even though we were booked in at 4am our transfer to the airport was there and only took a few minutes.
