No problems. My only reservations are if it's pouring with rain the only cover available is the pay-booth shelter which could get pretty crowded. It would be great if the drop off point was a covered area.

Difficult to get through, phone line constantly engaged to advise 10 mins away fom arriving to drop car off and also on arrival back to Luton. On pick up was asked for £1 by driver to get carout of short term car park were the pick up point was located. When challenged the driver backed down! I don't believe that was correct??

Everything went smoothly. Staff friendly and efficient. I forgot where to meet when arrived back. Too much to think about when dropping off so maybe a little printed note in my hand to explain the return procedure would have been helpful.
